Unable to find roles to assign to Custom layouts.

Hello,

We're wanting to assign a custom layout to users having particular role. But we're unable to select the role in VBCS, i.e., the role name is not appearing. Any synchronization process needs to be carried out? Please suggest.

Ex : We have a role named Sales - Estimator - ASC(Actual), I would like to assign this role to the custom layout. But as you can see, the suggestion is not showing up.
