Hide performance document from Line Manager

Hi All,

We have scenario wherein we have created a performance document that would be evaluated by the worker's matrix manager. But the line manager can see the PC in read only state in direct reports sections. IS there a way we can hide the PD from the line Manager till the ratings are released postcalibration.
