24C Object Function "Type" field

Hi All,

When we are trying to create a new object function we see a new field "Type" that is appearing in 24C application version.

This Type field is having 2 values.
1. Row Level
2. Object Level

We tried checking in the docs.oracle.com 24c documentation about this. But couldn't find any thing about this field. Below is the document link we have referred.

Can anyone let me know the purpose of this field exactly. Is there any document that you could find.
