IRC manage views

Hello,

from hiring> open a JR>in the overview tab select for example new candidates or active applicants the following page is going to open (look at the screenshot below).

in the "view" box instead of summary it's possible to choose manage views

I would like to customize those filter but i can't find inside the oracle guide or in the SR documentations where it talk about this task

it is possible to add Flexfield as columns?
