How is the "Change Benefits Elections" button configured from Benefits ESS?
When the Open scheduled event is triggered, the employee sees the following from Benefit ESS.
Then the Change Benefits Elections is selected, and the employee is able to complete Benefit Elections.
On the contrary, when a life event is triggered, there is no message notifying the user that there is a pending life event that needs to be completed as shown below.
Then the Change Benefits Elections is selected, and the employee can only see the following.
Does anyone know where the this configuration lives or how it is functioning for the Open schedule event and not for a life event?
