Can extract run multiple run on same time stamp

We have the timestamp in the extract output file name. This will help in distinguish the different run and their output.

Is it possible that the extract is scheduled at 5:00:00 PM and on same time someone trigged at 5:00:00 PM. Will extract generate the output file name with same time stamp? How will we distinguish the run file.
