Uploading Beneficiary designation using HSDL is not working when Beneficiary percentage added for self

Content :

We are trying to upload Benefits enrollment using HSDL, where we are providing Beneficiary Designation with percentages. However when we add 100% for the participant him/herself, it doesnt work. please refer first screen shot yellow marked.

We are trying to add 100% for person himself - refer second screen shot. % against You(Self) should reflect 100 after HSDL upload. but it is not working.

Please help to know how to upload Beneficiary Designation for person him/herself. What we are missing her?
