Has anyone encountered the inability to display previously used tasks in FSM?

For example, we would type in 'manage' in the search field and be presented with a number of previously used tasks displayed. We only noticed this after our upgrade to 24C. Just wondering if there is an ESS job which should be scheduled or a setting in FSM. We did first reach out to our security team who state they are unaware of a solution.
