HCM - Feedback visibility option 'Visible to Managers Only' is not working as expected

Summary:

In the section "Feedback given to [worker name]," when an employee selects the visibility option "Visible to Managers Only," the system is not adhering to this setting.

It is currently allowing any user who are not within the employee's management hierarchy to view the feedback.

The system should restrict feedback visibility solely to managers. However, any user is able to view feedback for any employee without restriction by navigating through Me > Directory > Search for worker > Show more > Feedback.

Could someone please share if they’ve had a similar situation or if there’s any documentation or action plan that could be applied?
