Hi All,

We have received a client requirement as below:

• Performance evaluation to be conducted every month for trainee employees
• Goal plan - sum of goals must equal 100%
• Separate document for each month; each monthly document should pull the Performance Goals only for that specific month.
• Process flow - Manager evaluation, share performance doc, acknowledge perf doc
• The client has specified that they would prefer if the above can be achieved in a way wherein they don't need to create multiple performance docs or performance doc types for each month.
