Could using the same template across multiple content section result in duplicate records?
Hi there,
Could using the same template across multiple content sections result in duplicate records on Talent Profile? We are implementing Redwood Skills & Quals page and have come across an issue were if an employee submits a talent profile change, then either select 'Cancel' or Submit on the Add Additional Info page, when the system returns to their Skills and Quals page the original 'new record' is duplicated into another content section (see picture 1).
If the record is approved by a Learning Specialist the new record will then appear correctly in the Licences and Certs region, so it seems to appear like this while the new is in a
