Mark/setup email and mobile permission to opt in when a segment send from oracle unity to responsys

Dear Team,

We are using unity to create and send segment to Responsys. But whenever a new user comes along with any of segment the data get uploaded to profile list but the permission is getting marked as opt out. How can we change this to Opt In.

Also, the data like email id mobile numbers are not getting updated on subsequent sending of segment to responsys eventhough it get changed in the unity level.

Please help us on these two queries.
