Open Enrollment - Date Question - Enter OE for Test Purposes

Any help is appreciated. I have created an Open Life Event in our Test environment for the following Dates 11/4/24-11/27/24. I am attempting to add it to an employee for testing purposes and I am getting an error. This is our second Open since implementation, so I am not very versed in the complete process. I have included the Print Screen of the schedule Open and my attempt at adding it to an employee.
