Use a "friendly" name in the From field of a scheduled report?

Is there a way to use the display name or full name of the account specified in the 'Run report as' field of a scheduled report, instead of the email address?  For example, when the email is received, instead of the From address showing as jonsmith@email.com, it shows as Jon Smith?  Similar to when emails are received from saved contacts in Outlook or Gmail.  Thanks!
