Reporting Time Between Chat Events

I've been tasked with creating a report to isolate the number of chats where there is no post by the end user within a minute of the agent interaction beginning. I know the chat_events.event.id for End-User Post (2) and Agent Engagement Accepted (11), but I can't figure out how to determine the difference between these and pull in just the ones that are a minute or longer.
