Currently we use the second pass, Request Secondary Information, to collect the applicants Gender. The percentage of hires who complete the second pass is very low, about 17%. We are thinking of other ways to collect this data. One way would be to add the Diversity block to the application flow. Is there a way to hide DOB, Ethnicity, Marital Status and Religion and only make visible the Gender?
