"My Team" and "My Direct Team" populating same options for sharing goals with team members

Summary: With current responsive UI page and goal sharing, a leader or manager can cascade a shared goal down to their whole area via "my team," where in Redwood "my team" is just showing their direct reports same as "my direct reports" - how can we fix this??
