Reporting on Survey Responses

Hi All,

I am wondering if someone can help me. I am trying to Report on the Response to a particular question. For Example if in a question we capture a Name (user can choose between Bob, Nick, Josh) I then want to have a column in my Report that displays this answer. So - for Survey session 0001 the response to this question was Josh and for survey session 0002 the response was Bob. How can this be done? I am finding that reporting on the actual question responses is difficult to figure out.
