"Integrating Model Profile Competencies into Performance Evaluations

Hello,
I would like some insight into configuring performance evaluations and competencies. My team is interested in knowing if we can integrate specific competencies from the model profile into the evaluation form. This way, the form would display the expected rating for each competency based on the employee's role. Then, the employee and manager could use a separate rating model to assess the competency.
For example, a learning and development specialists should be a level 2 for communication. We would want this competency to show as read only and then use a separate rating model to show the are meeting that level or not.
