Bulk Download of Documents in Approval Notification - Is It Possible?

In our current process, when employees submit requests for work permit renewals, they upload multiple documents (e.g., Labor Card, Resident Visa, Emirates ID). Once the request is submitted, HR specialists receive an approval notification in Oracle Fusion HCM, which includes these documents.

However, our HR team has to download each document individually from the notification. Given the volume of requests we handle, this manual process is time-consuming and prone to errors.

Is there a way to enable bulk downloading of all attached documents directly from the approval notification in Oracle Fusion HCM? If so, what configuration or steps are needed to implement this feature?
