Need to create dashboard in Benefits Evaluation and Reporting page for managing action items

Hi,

Need help in creating dashboard in Evaluation and Reporting page for managing action items. Using this dashboard, we would like to manage the pending action item based on the action type.

For eg: How many Employees have Designate Beneficiary?
