What is the Web service (WSDL) to upload for 500 customers "EDI Location Code"

Summary:

We are trying to update the field "EDI Location Code" which is in customer site level for 500 records but the FBDI and Import management is not supported. When I searched in oracle support, it mentioned us to do it through Web services or UI. But we are not able to find the exact web service to upload using it.(Web service which is under developer tools section)
