How to add additional Ethnicities to Personal Details

Looking to add an additional ethnicity in order to be in line with the Federal Register definitions.

Followed the below instructions to add 'Middle Eastern or North African' to the list:

1. Setup and maintenance
2. Manage Common Lookups
3. Search for: PER_ETHNICITY lookup
4. Add new value along with +US country tag

But still isn't showing on the list of values for the candidate to select:

Is there another section that the additional entry has to be added to?
