Checking replies to customer replies

Hello there,

I feel like I'm missing something obvious, so sorry if this is a dumb question. Let me set up this scenario: We email a customer > customer replies > we reply back.

How can I build a report that shows only that reply back? I can pull all the emails, but I want to only look at ones where we replied to a customer.
