We are testing out the new Redwood Goals Center. The Performance Goal page loads fine, but when we switch to the Development Goal page, the page just spins and never loads. How do we get this page to load?

We have had multiple users log in as multiple users, and everyone has the same experience. We have tried both Chrome and Edge.
