Hide rating and comments in self-evaluation when using a questionnaire as a section in the task?

We do not want Employee Ratings and comments when using a Questionnaire in the Self-Evaluation Task.

We have the Self-Eval task on the process flow.

There is a Questionnaire Section in the Structure for a self-assessment. How do you hide ratings and comments on Self-Evaluation if you are using a Questionnaire for Self-Assessment in the Self-Evaluation TASK?

There is no way to adjust the Section for the Self-Evalution to hide ratings and comments? The ratings sit on the Process tab which is an overall setting?
