Redwood UI Change Hyperlink on My Compensation Page for Salary in Current Salary Section

Hello Experts,

In Redwood UI on My Compensation page, there is a requirement to have a custom hyperlink to display salary breakage to an employee in Current Salary Section.

I tried using VBCS but could not find an option to edit hyperlink. If anyone has any idea on how we can do that please guide me with the steps.
