To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

activation criteria based on task status and expiration date
Hello,
We're creating a Journey where it is needed to define the following conditions between task A and B:
- Task A must be completed within 24 hours (e.g. owner hits the button "complete" - renamed in "approved" in our case - within 24 hours after assigned date), otherwise task expires.
- Task B must be activated only when task A has been approved or got expired.
We followed the instructions provided by Oracle on the "Using and Implementing Journeys" guide ( ) to create an activation criteria based on task status, however it isn't working correctly when task A expires, since task B is not triggered.
