Hi There,

We recently migrated to Redwood Payroll and noticed that payslips cannot be downloaded in the mobile app. Has anyone else experienced the same? If yes, can you kindly share how this can be fixed?

In Android, if you select the download button nothing gets downloaded.

In IOS, once you select download you get a file with long lines of code.
