"Done" button is not enabled even after adding attachment in an Onboarding Journey

Summary:

In our Onboarding Journey, HR / Employee needs to submit a PDF in the tasks. We are able to click on "Drag and Drop" button and able to attach a pdf file but after attaching that file, we need to click on "Done" to get the file upload. But, "Done" option is not getting enabled even after attaching a document. And so HR/ Employees unable to attach any document to their Onboarding journeys.

Could you please provide me the solution for this?
