Issue with Interim rule not working correctly

Summary:

Hi,

We have a scenario where employee selects above 50k coverage , the plan should be suspended, and in the interim period the current coverage/rate continues till the plan is unsuspended. Below is the setup of the interim rule.

This Setup works for certain scenarios and does not work for other scenario.

The plan should the new rate in the interim period as well.

Could anyone advise on this issue.
