Delete Organization - REST API

Delete Organization via Hub Organization REST API

I created a Bank Branch and it got created in hz_Parties as well . I was testing delete organization API . In one fusion instance it got deleted as expected but in other instance getting 403 forbidden. Is this something to do with Role/Privilege?
