APPLICATION FOR B2B CONNECTION ERROR
Summary:
There are four auto-configuration steps as part of enabling B2B Service and Service Logistics application in OFSC.
1) Oracle Field Service - Completed
2) Oracle Fusion Service - ERROR
Error message - Authorization failed. Please verify if the provided Fusion Service user has the IT_SECURITY_MANAGER role. Contact support if the problem persists.
3) Oracle Integration Cloud - Pending
In respect of the error occurred, I have verified that specified user is already having the mentioned role. Attached herewith the screenshot of the error, Kindly assist with the steps or resolution how to resolve this issue.
