Help needed to create a detailed chat report

i need to create a chat report with following below column, 

Date
Queue
Interval
Chats Offered
Chats Completed
Abandoned Chats
SLAs Met
Average Wait Time
Idle Sessions
Max Wait Time
Agents Available
Agents Online
Chats Active

Service Level %
Total Wait time
Average Handle Time
Idle Time
Utilization
Chats in Queue
Transfers Completed
Conferences Completed

i found most of the columns in chat_queue_stats table however i don't understand how to add below column, chat_queue_stats table doesn't allow to join any table except Queue, please help me to make this this report.


Service Level %
Total Wait time
