Automatically create Customer Names in Capital Letter

Summary:

As part of the OTM application's integration with ERP, it is required that all customer names be created in capital letters. Currently, this is being done manually by entering customer names in uppercase during creation.

However, our client has raised a concern and requested an automated solution for this process. The expectation is that regardless of how the user enters the customer name—whether in uppercase, lowercase, or mixed—the system should automatically convert the name to uppercase. Alternatively, if the name is entered in lowercase, the system should at least generate an error prompt.
