Filter on answers viewed by signed-in users on customer portal

For reports referencing answers viewed on the customer portal, I'd like to be able to filter out answers viewed by signed-in users. We don't have any SLAs for our members, only staff; therefore the only people that would be signed in to the customer portal would be staff. I want to filter out answers viewed by staff, as to get a better understanding of their true needs.
I've found tables in the data dictionary that should help with this, but they're not available in analytics.
Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
