Use of knowledge base

Hi colleagues,
I'm trying to determine which knowledge base articles are being used by which agents. The out-of-box reports are helping but I want to get more: agent name, queue, when accessed etc. Unfortunately I can't seem to refine the report to show information like:
Knowledge base article xyz, viewed/used by agent x, from team y
Knowledge base article abc, viewd/used by agent o, from team z
with overall totals too
I have attached my report's xml in the event that this helps.
