Custom status for Work Orders in Fusion Service

Summary:

Hi,

We want to add additional status values for Field service Workorders.

What are the possible ways to have the new custom status values? ONe of the possible way we are trying to craete new Work order integeferation code as added more values but for this work order area is not getting fetched.

Current integeration code "ORA_WO_INT_OFSC" does not support to add custom status values.

Any idea if anyone else had same requirment.
