Routing Error "Cost configuration. Activity was moved after routing run"

Summary:

Hello.

We have different routing plans that run at 5am onwards, sequentially:

  1. Today
  2. Today + 1 day
  3. Today + 2 days
  4. … up to + 7 days

We used the +day to ensure that future schedules will already be routed and assigned for our forecast resource planning.

We have an activity where is created on 9/3 but has a scheduled date of 9/4. On 9/4, when the "Today" routing plan is executed, we are expecting this activity to be routed with 9/4 date, however, it was skipped with error. Afterwards, it was picked up by "Today + 1 day", causing the original 9/4 schedule to be pushed to 9/5 instead. This caused us customer complain why our field rep was not on customer premise on 9/4.
