Fast Formula Benefits Rate End date should end date on second pay period of a month

Hi,

We are working on a use case, where the benefits rates should end date on the second pay period of the month for the termination life event.

For ex. when the Termination LE happened between 9/4/24 - 9/17/24 then the rate should end on the 9/18/24 pay period date
when the Termination LE happened between 9/18/24 - 10/1/24 then the rate should end on 9/18/24 pay period date

How do you handle this using fast formulas or any benefits configuration?
