Goal Redwood: Where does attachment in add additional info page goes?

Hello,

We have the following question. When an employee adds a goal he clicks on submit, then the add additional page opens.

There, he can can add an attachment. Once the manager receives the notification, he click on it and at the bottom he can see the attachment.

See below screenshots for reference. Our question is that whether the attachment is stored somewhere on the system except on the notification?

1. Employee has submit the goal.

2. The additional info page opens and he adds the attachment.

3. When the manager opens the notification, at the bottom he can see the attachment the employee has uploaded.
