Pension Plan Setup movement from Legacy ( People Soft) to OracleHCM Benefits

edited Nov 19, 2024 4:53PM in Benefits 7 comments

Summary:

We have requirement where we want to move the Pension Plan/ Administration setup from legacy system ( People Soft) to Oracle HCM Benefits

The current setup in legacy comprises below few of the built in functionality

  • Calculations which are built-in (very complex) accounting for variables eligibility, early retirement factors)
  • Sends files to third party to generate paper mailings (statements etc)-
  • Data is produced when participants run self-service
  • Stores results for evidence purposes
  • Calculates the Pension Benefit value
  • Sends communication to different distribution lists/vendors etc.

I'm here to check if anyone has done this setup or has any pointers which can help us to take the way forward.

Howdy, Stranger!
