Pension Plan Setup movement from Legacy ( People Soft) to OracleHCM Benefits
Summary:
We have requirement where we want to move the Pension Plan/ Administration setup from legacy system ( People Soft) to Oracle HCM Benefits
The current setup in legacy comprises below few of the built in functionality
- Calculations which are built-in (very complex) accounting for variables eligibility, early retirement factors)
- Sends files to third party to generate paper mailings (statements etc)-
- Data is produced when participants run self-service
- Stores results for evidence purposes
- Calculates the Pension Benefit value
- Sends communication to different distribution lists/vendors etc.
I'm here to check if anyone has done this setup or has any pointers which can help us to take the way forward.
