Redwood Goals Success Criteria - Tables

edited Sep 6, 2024 1:46PM in Performance Management 3 comments

Summary:

For performance goals in RUI, we use tables in the Success Criteria section for most goals and update the success criteria periodically to track progress. In Redwood, the table in the success criteria does not render properly. When editing, the Redwood text editor does not allow tables. When creating new goals, tables are not available.

Redwood - Edit Success Criteria:

Redwood makes all of our existing goals practically unusable and our business process for goals is built around using tables to track progress on goals in the success criteria. This affects all associates in our organization, > 9k, and tens of thousands of goals.

Howdy, Stranger!
