Redwood - Organization Goal again triggering approvals even after Line Manager shared

Summary:

We have enabled "Organization Goals" and when manager add his/her a Goal and published/shared an Organization Goal and then his team member (employee) went to "Explore" tab at Goal Centre page then tried to add this Organization Goal to his Goal then it is triggering for Line Manager's approval but ideally it should not trigger any approvals since Line Manager only initiated this Org Goal so again approval is NOT required.

As per Oracle documentation, it is mentioned that, "The organization goals that you create are automatically shared with employees who report to you".

Can anyone please advise?
