Is it possible to set multiple templates with different filters in alert composer?

Is it possible to set different filters specifically for different templates in alert composer. I am using the alert 'Open enrollment reminder' and the alert needs to be send based on different plans to the employees.

One plan requires the notifications to be sent on the 1st day of open enrollment. While other plan needs the reminder on the 6 th day of the open enrollment. I had planned to use the filter to specify the plans, however, would like to understand if the scenario is possible using Alert composer.
