Higher level (Manager) visibility to Performance Reviews (Responsive)

Summary:

With the employee\manager hierarchy structure below, B-Manager has access to review\view the performance review of A-Employee. But what if C-Manager or D-Manager want to view the performance review of A-Employee. Is there a way to allow this? Is it possible? Currently a manager can only view the performance reviews of the direct report. We need higher level managers to have view access to performance reviews. Are we missing something? Thanks
