Manager Overall Rating Read Only in Redwood

Summary:

In our current state where we have responsive UI enabled, we have enabled overall perfomance ratings to be entered with the merit cycle and made the overall rating field as 'read only' within the performance document directly. Our performance cycle begins before compensation planning but manager reviews run concurrent (meaning managers are completing performance documents and merit recommendations at the same time). We are in the process of assessing Redwood for our upcoming performance cycle and encountering an issue where we cannot make the manager overall rating 'read only' (see below). Our goal is to make performance ratings a 1-way
