Chat for B2B Fusion Service
Summary:
All I need is to enable Chat in Fusion B2B Fusion Service.
I followed and enabled all the profile options mentioned -
1) Enabled Omnichannel Routing and Chat feature
2) Enabled Profile Options
SVC_ENABLE_OMNI = Yes
SVC_ENABLE_CHAT = Yes
SVC_OMNICHANNEL_BROWSER_NOTIFICATION_ENA = Yes
SVC_OMNICHANNEL DESKTOP_NOTIFICATION_ENA = Yes
SVC_OMNI_DISABLE_WORK_ITEM_AVAILABILITY_SELECTION = None (What should be the correct value for this?)
SVC_CHAT_INLAYS_ACCESS_ENABLED = Yes (Planning to use Web Chat For Service)
3) Added "Chat Agent" role to the required users.
4) Added "Chat Support" queue (set to Automatic distributon) and added to the required users
