Payment Parallel Approval and Single Approval is not working

Summary:

Hi Oracle Experts,

Need your help to solve my client requirement, for Australia Entity that required Single Approval instead of using the Parallel Approval Flow.

We have Payment Approval Flow with Parallel Approval with 50% Voting Result Approve for All Entities (Except Australia) and Single Approval with First Responder Approve the Payment (Only Applied to Australia Entity).

For Other Entity the Payment Approval is working fine, but for Australia Entity it is not go to the AU_APPROVAL Ruleset that i recently created, and it will go to the final approval ruleset which is autoapprove.
