Is it possible to assign different goals to manager and employees under one goal plan?

Summary:

We have a requirement that employees and manager will have 9 common goals and then managers will have 1 extra goal, having 2 goals plan is quite misleading. We want to automate this process so, is there any other way we can achieve this?
